Quadruple Aim Initiative

Overview: The Quadruple Aim Presentation was one of my earliest contributions to the Marketing and Communications Department at KARL STORZ Endoscopy-America, Inc. This PowerPoint-based project was designed as a versatile visual asset to support both internal business meetings and external convention displays. The goal was to simplify complex strategic messaging and present it in a visually engaging format that aligned with the company’s mission and audience expectations. The presentation focused on explaining the Quadruple Aim framework, which includes improving patient experience, enhancing population health, reducing costs, and improving provider satisfaction. I created intuitive layouts and incorporated subtle animations to highlight each pillar clearly and sequentially. The presentation was designed to function in two ways: it served as a live slide-driven deck during business development and sales strategy sessions and was also repurposed as a high-definition looping animation for industry trade shows and conventions, enhancing booth messaging and drawing attention.
